FACILITY USE FORM

At First Methodist Church, we are committed to providing space for ministry and community groups that foster fellowship, growth, and service. While we would love to accommodate all requests, priority will be given to First Methodist Worship and Ministry needs, which includes necessary buffer time for preparation between events.

Space Guidelines:
To ensure our facilities are used effectively and remain in excellent condition, continued use of church spaces is contingent upon compliance with the following cleanliness after each use and  proper set-up and breakdown.

Request Process
To request space, please submit the online form. All requests will be reviewed during staff meetings on Tuesdays. You will be notified afterward whether your request has been approved.

(Important Note: This form is not for wedding requests. If you wish to inquire about weddings, please email info@firstmethodist.life to communicate with our Pastor.)
